Same physical stock the whole way. The 30 kg at the subcontractor and the 15 kg in rework stay on the books until they are received, reworked or scrapped.

Material custody
Customer material is tracked as custody. It never counts as a purchase or a company asset.
Jobs and stages
Configure your own processing stages per job. Moving a stage moves the same stock.
BOMs and production
Versioned recipes, scaled to the job, with shortages against company stock. Print them on branded PDFs.
Subcontractors
Send work to several subcontractors and book partial receipts as goods come back.
Inspection
Record rejection, rework and scrap against the job, so quantities always reconcile.
Delivery and challans
Inward receipts, challans and deliveries printed on your company format.
Job-work invoicing
Service invoices link back to the source job. Credits are supported.
Khata
Party accounts, diary and statements, kept as an independent ledger.
WhatsApp sharing
Share invoices and receipts, and send reminders. Needs your provider set up and internet.
Your records, your machine
Shuraya Enterprise has its own database, data folder and license state. Nothing is shared with Shuraya Billing.
Local PostgreSQL
Your data stays on your machine, in a database that belongs to this product alone.
Immutable journal
Postings are written as journal entries inside a transaction. Retries cannot double-post.
Works offline
Everyday work and PDFs need no internet while your cached license is valid.
Roles and access
Owner-only staff access, with company roles per job.

Good to know
- First activation needs internet, to reach the licensing service.
- Installations do not sync with each other automatically.
- It does not file GST returns or generate IRN or e-way bills. Check your invoices with a GST professional.
